Tor Ole is part of the Innovation & Growth team PwC , where he advises scaleups and established companies on innovation, growth, and scaling. He helps businesses sharpen strategy, remove growth barriers, unlock new revenue streams and build resilient companies built for sustainable growth. He has worked in different finance positions for 20 years, in sales, as a broker, as CFO, COO, CEO, and as a board member in numerous companies. He is also credited as a producer on 13 feature films and had a short gig as a Hollywood producer. Before joining PwC he was the Head of Venture at VIS, managing an investment portfolio of 70 companies and 3 investment funds. In PwC he has contributed to the PwC led accelerator programs Scaleup Now and Slingshot, and currently focus on helping companies transform their work processes with AI.
