Susanne is a Director at PwC, where she advises scaleups and established companies on innovation, growth, and scaling. She helps businesses sharpen strategy, remove growth barriers, unlock new revenue streams and build resilient companies built for sustainable growth. She is a mentor in the western Norway-based accelerator ScaleupNow, in collaboration with MIT, and has also mentored in Slingshot. Through these programs, she has supported companies with investment readiness, growth strategy, commercialization, and hands-on scaling. Susanne is also a former co-founder and CEO of fintech company PNGR AS.
