Suela is a Special Advisor in the team for payment analysis and innovation at Norges Bank. She has broad experience in strategy and innovation work across both the private and public sectors, and since 2022 has been working at Norges Bank on issues related to the future of money—including private money and central bank digital currencies. Suela holds a DPhil in Strategy from the University of Oxford and an MPhil in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Cambridge.
