Rune Stavenes is a partner with more than 30 years of experience as a court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy and estate administrator for probate cases before the district court. He also has extensive experience as an estate administrator and advisor in private probate matters. He has been appointed by the district court as an assistant in the forced sale of real estate since 1995. He has lectured on topics within bankruptcy law, mortgage law, and enforcement for over 25 years, for various expertise providers, including within banking and finance.
