Per Kristian Næss-Fladset is an experienced product and technology leader with a strong passion for creating customer value by bridging business and technology. He has extensive experience in developing services within the financial sector and possesses deep domain knowledge of financial services. Since joining DNB in 2018, he has held key roles across payments, Open Banking, Corporate Lending Transformation, identity, data, and artificial intelligence. He is currently Group Executive Vice President for Products, Data & Innovation, where he works purposefully to strengthen collaboration across the organization, with the ambition of making DNB the world’s best bank for Norway
