Ken Hart is CEO & Founder of Snowdrop Solutions, with over twenty-five years’ experience in the technology sector across leading US and European software companies. He founded the company in 2013 to help organisations enhance their digital user experience through the use of Google location-based services and intelligent data. Over time, as banks and challenger institutions began redefining digital banking in the UK and beyond, Ken identified a growing need for greater transaction clarity and contextual insight. This shift led to the development of Snowdrop’s transaction enrichment API, designed to transform complex transaction data into intuitive information that customers can easily understand. Today, the solution is used by banks globally to drive engagement, improve transparency and reduce friction across digital journeys. Ken now focuses on how AI and contextual data are shaping the next generation of digital financial experiences.
