Dr. David Paton holds two PhDs with highest honors in: Advanced Information Technologies at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, and Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”, Italy. Additionally, he also holds an MBA by the ThePowerMBA Business School, as well as the certifications of PMP (Project Management Professional) by PMI (Project Management Institute) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) by ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). He has more than ten years of expertise on the areas of business & project management, assessment/auditing, process improvement, and scientific research. Additionally, he has been working privately with blockchain since 2015, deploying nodes and miners, developing code to interact with the Bitcoin blockchain, and participating in related networks. Similarly, he has also been participating and advising on several types of investments in financial products and private equity since 2017.
