Ida Paulsen holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Throughout her career, Ida has specialized in driving change and implementing strategy across diverse companies and industries, beginning as a management consultant. This experience has given her deep insight into what it takes to translate business plans and strategies into tangible results. For more than a decade, Ida has held senior roles at DNB, including strategic advisory within Transaction Banking and EVP for Corporate Operations, before assuming her current position overseeing Payments and Identity. These areas are undergoing significant transformation, while customers and society continue to rely on secure, high-performing solutions with stable operations throughout the change process. Ida is passionate about building and developing high-performing teams and is driven by transforming complex issues to solutions and deliver strong customer value through building solutions for the future.
