Camilla Hillerup is Chief Operating Officer at Lucinity, where she leads global operations and works with financial institutions adopting Agentic AML Services to fight financial crime. Originally trained as a lawyer, Camilla has more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of leadership, technology, and organizational transformation. Before joining Lucinity, Camilla served for nearly a decade as HR Director (CHRO) for Microsoft Denmark and Iceland, where she was part of the Senior Leadership Team during a period of sustained multi-billion DKK growth. In that role, she helped lead transformation across business model, operational scale, product evolution, and organizational design. Earlier in her career, Camilla held senior HR leadership roles at KPMG Denmark and Deloitte. At KPMG, she served as Head of HR (Director) and built the people function during the firm’s relaunch in Denmark, recruiting and onboarding more than 400 professionals and partners within 18 months. At Deloitte, she led a 35-person HR organization across 10 offices, overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, and business partnering. She serves on the Digital Workforce Board at Dansk IT and has contributed to the Special Committee for Diversity at the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI). She speaks at leadership and technology forums on topics including AI-enabled organizations, leadership during transformation, and building organizations that can adapt and scale with technological change.
