Ina Espås has been a consultant in tech throughout her career, and is enthusiastic and curious about new technological solutions with a focus on the user and the business needs. She has been involved in building up several consulting companies with management roles such as CEO, CTO and head of department in addition to working with clients in project management, IT management, QA and test management. Throughout her career, Ina has had a great commitment to recruiting girls to the tech industry and is the driving force behind TechFest and Girls in ICT Day in Bergen. She was named one of Norway's leading IT Women in 2020.
