Håvard is the Head of Experience at Itera Bergen. He has a passion for business strategy, management consulting, entrepreneurship and change management. His background as a senior advisor for organizational delevopment at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and being a board member in several companies, enhances his drive for development.
